Six defensive backs, used on obvious passing downs.
A dime front puts six defensive backs on the field, usually on third and long or in two-minute situations. It maximises coverage at the cost of run defense.
Offenses that run out of dime looks tend to gain easy yardage, which is why script matters when reading a dime-heavy defense.
